Coating Sealer

Directions:
With one eye closed carefully comb Coating Sealer over the top of the lashes from base to lips of lashes.
Wait 20 seconds with eye closed.
Repeat process on other eye.
With eyes open, carefully comb Coating sealer on the bottom side of lash tips.
